My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2024

So today wasn't like every other Mondays ,it was April fool day. Just so funny I couldn't believe it, yesterday I told myself, Tomorrow's April fool, try not to get fooled.To my surprise my bro fooled me right in my face early in the morning, I mean bro I just woke up let me breathe. POV I still got April fooled this evening. They say 2 times the charm.

I had to try to get to the gym on time today, knowing as its is Monday there will be a lot of people there and equipment will be very limited to use, cause we all have to share,but its still good to have workout buddies train with you.
I couldn't find angles to do videos or take much photos because of the crowd. They began subsiding later by 10.
My Monday workout began with some upper body training . Chest, triceps shoulders.
I started with some good bench press
Flat bench press- 8sets 10-20reps
superset with triceps pushdowns 4sets

Then I moved to the incline bench I did 4 sets 10reps till failure.
Superset with cable triceps extension. 4sets 10-12 reps.

I did some shoulder programme and left by 11am. I was in a hurry to go to a friends place to check up on his Tilapia's.
He's into breeding them and he needed help in washing their ponds, so I went their helped him out and checked if they had started brooding yet.

Here is one of his mischievous tortoise always hiding in its shell, he's a shy one ,not always smiling for the camera.

And he's always trying to escape. He loves the pond no doubt.But the minute no ones looking he pops out of his shell and tries to make a run for it. He's just so funny.

So this was my day,very exciting and intriguing especially the tortoise part. Thanks for having a looksie at my post.
