Para los niños conocer un nuevo juego es totalmente emocionante, aunque no es un juego fácil ya que es estratégico, les permite desarrollar habilidades cognitivas del pensamiento para realizar los movimientos correctos y vencer a su oponente, por lo tanto tuve la oportunidad de conseguir prestado dos tableros de ajedrez para colocar dos mesas diferentes e ir permitiendo que cada dos participantes estuviesen la oportunidad de interactuar con este juego siguiendo las reglas del mismo.

Board games are great fun for children as they help them to have self-control, understanding, concentration and to make their own decisions, generating much more confidence in themselves. This day was totally successful as the children quickly understood what the game was about and participated actively enjoying their day in a recreational way together with their peers.
Pienso que siempre tenemos que brindar la oportunidad a los niños de explorar diferentes juegos y deportes, sean ellos los que decidan cuál se ajusta más a su estilo y personalidad, este fue un día bastante productivo que me permite seguir conociendo mucho más a cada uno de mis niños.
