We all make mistakes sometimes,some even every time. But most mistakes are not intentional, I guess that is why it is called a mistake.
So, it should not really be a big deal when we make mistake because it may not be at fault. And it is important to take responsibility for our mistakes instead of pushing blames all around.
An unfortunate mistake is quite extreme, I took time to check for a definition online:
- causing or attended by misfortune. 2 unlucky, unsuccessful, or unhappy. an unfortunate character. 3 regrettable or unsuitable. Link
So, it really becomes unfortunate when it is a total disaster disaster. It is just like a compliment to the sentence, it qualifies the word mistake.
So, try not to make a mistake and if you do, correct your mistake. It is when you don't correct it, then it remains a disaster.
