An easy day with a walk around Lynx Lake with Lulu as we both weren't feeling great today but it was nice to get out to the forest once again.
It's nice to see the snow melted around here although some remains high in the shaded hills.
We returned back to our normal morning loop today. Just an easy 2 miles to get us going and ready for the day.
Lynx Lake was fairly busy for a Monday but the wonderful weather probably was a big factor.
Lulu was heading down the trailhead path to the lake shore before I was ready to roll but she had a happy dip in the lake before we started off along the eastern shore dirt trail.
We moved right along and Lulu was happy to get plenty of attention from passing hikers. The picnic area had a good number of people having a picnic or fishing as we zipped on by and hot the paved path back to the parking lot.
We ended up with a fun three miles and enjoyed the time out in the forest.
