Sunday was a day where once again I failed to fully eat clean which has been the story of last week again pusing things down the road 1 more day while screwing up my sleep patters. After the football matches were over, I started playing some more Balatro which is crazy addictive and before I knew it it was after midnight already. The good thing however is that I used the night whill still being wide awake to clean my appartment and do all the dishes that were left from the last weeks. I also took a bath, took care of my skin, did some crypto stuff before eventually going to bed around 05:00. I doubt that monday will be the day I rejoin Hot yoga but I aim to now for the next 4 days get myself ready for that mainly by eating healthy and hopefully fixing my sleep. It's not much of a busy week so I should be able to have more focus on it.
I just slept until I woke up and now it's 13:30 so a very short day ahead which I guess gives me less time to eat junk.
New Day Goals: The only goal on Monday is to eat clean and to go to bed earlier while drinking a lot of water and taking my supplements.
