Aveces el dia a dia va acumulando stress que es un elemento muy importante que afecta la salud de manera muy negativa.

Por eso es muy importante siempre buscar la forma de liberar ese stress para evitar enfermarse y asi poder seguir siendo lo mas productivo posible en el trabajo y no tener que dejar de trabajar por enfermar muy gravemente.

En caracas un lugar en donde se puede ir a olvidarse de todo es en el parque nacional el AVILA, por que este nos permite al subir a la montaña dejar atrás la bulla del día día, del trafico y todo de la ciudad y poder rodearse de naturaleza y poder ver en la tranquilidad a lo lejos en las nubes.
