Agua Micelar Dernier: Reseña [Esp/Eng]

Hace un mes aproximadamente les estuve contando sobre la compra de dos productos para el cuidado de mi rostro, esto con la intención de iniciar una rutina de skincare después de muchísimo tiempo de no hacerlo.

Uno de esos productos es el Agua Micelar de Dernier, para piel sensible, y debo confesar que no tenía idea de qué se trataba exactamente, aunque obviamente había escuchado hablar muchísimo del agua micelar, sobre todo en comerciales por la tele, así que investigando un poco pude ver que se trata de un producto bastante completo, pues no solo limpia, sino que tonifica tu piel, y hay algunos que incluso cuentan con otras funciones como es el caso del que compré.

Como ven, es un producto indicado para piel sensible, lo que es súper importante para mi, pues desde hace unos años sufro de dermatitis, que es un enrojecimiento e inflamación de algunas áreas de la cara, acompañado por resequedad y muchas veces pica muchísimo, por lo que no puedo usar cualquier producto, de hecho estuve usando por años los productos de la marca Cetaphil pero su costo es súper elevado, por lo que toca ir probando opciones más accesibles y que le hagan bien a mi piel.

Este producto en su presentación, indica que cumple con cuatro funciones como limpiar, tonificar, humectar y calmar. Ahora bien, no podía pasar a contarles del producto antes de probarlo por un tiempo, y hablarles por supuesto desde mi experiencia y tomando en cuenta la condición especial de mi piel, y para eso, vamos paso por paso.

Limpieza

Cumple a la perfección con esta función ya que retira por completo cualquier tipo de impurezas de la piel, incluso se puede retirar el maquillaje con el sin ningún problema.

En mi caso no estoy usando ningún tipo de jabón, simplemente humedezco el algodón con el producto y lo paso por toda mi cara y cuello, incluidos ojos y labios, y la sensación es de absoluta limpieza, de hecho la piel queda libre de todo rastro de grasa y permanece así por mucho tiempo, cosa que me encanta.

Tonifica

Esto no es más que mantener equilibrado el ph de nuestra piel, para que conserve su humedad, además prepara la piel para los siguientes pasos del skincare, como lo es la crema hidratante y cualquier otro producto que forme parte de su rutina.

Con respecto a esto, siento que cumple bastante bien su función porque a pesar del efecto súper mate que te deja después de aplicarlo no sientes la piel reseca.

Humectar

Una de las cosas más importantes para nuestro cuerpo en general es estar hidratados. En el caso de nuestra piel muchos factores hacen que pierda su humedad y necesitamos ayuda de ciertos productos, y este promete cumplir esta función.

En este aspecto siento que necesito algo de ayuda y que el agua micelar en sí misma no basta, aunque la piel se siente bastante bien, sí necesito usar la hidratante.

Calma

Esta es la última de las características del producto y sin dudas fue una de las razones por las que lo traje a casa, pues justo eso necesito para mi piel cuando la dermatitis ataca, pero la verdad no siento que ayude en lo más mínimo en ese sentido, pero recordemos que cada piel es diferente y lo que no funciona para mí quizás a otros sí, es cuestión de probar.

¿Cómo lo uso?

La aplicación del producto es súper sencilla, yo lo hago en las mañanas y antes de ir a dormir.

Lo único que debo hacer es humedecer el algodón y pasarlo por todo el rostro y finalizo con el cuello.

Aunque en las indicaciones del producto dice que se puede retirar con agua o dejarlo en la piel, yo he decidido retirarlo ya que siento que pica un poco, no gran cosa, pero prefiero retirarlo, de hecho me pasa con el agua cuando tengo la dermatitis a full, así que seguramente es algo de mi piel.

¿Lo recomiendo?

Si no tienes necesidades especiales creo que es un producto ideal para la limpieza de la piel y como paso previo para la aplicación tanto de los otros productos de tu rutina de skincare como del maquillaje.

¿Lo volvería a comprar?

Definitivamente, ya que son más las cosas positivas que las negativas, además debo tomar en cuenta que justo ahora debido al estrés estoy presentando brotes constantes de la dermatitis que ya comencé a tratar con esteroides pero sin dejar de usar el agua micelar. Ya les contaré cómo me va.

As you can see, it is a product indicated for sensitive skin, which is very important for me, because for some years I have suffered from dermatitis, which is a redness and inflammation of some areas of the face, accompanied by dryness and often itches a lot, so I can not use any product, in fact I was using for years the Cetaphil brand products but their cost is super high, so I have to try more affordable options that do good to my skin.

This product in its presentation, indicates that it fulfills four functions such as cleansing, toning, moisturizing and soothing. Now, I could not tell you about the product before trying it for a while, and of course, I would like to talk about it from my experience and taking into account the special condition of my skin, and for that, let's go step by step.

Cleansing

It fulfills this function perfectly as it completely removes any kind of impurities from the skin, you can even remove makeup with it without any problem.

In my case I am not using any type of soap, I simply moisten the cotton with the product and pass it all over my face and neck, including eyes and lips, and the feeling is of absolute cleanliness, in fact the skin is free of all traces of fat and remains so for a long time, which I love.

Tones

This is nothing more than keeping the ph of our skin balanced, so that it retains its moisture, it also prepares the skin for the next steps of the skincare, such as moisturizer and any other product that is part of your routine.

Regarding this, I feel that it fulfills its function quite well because despite the super matte effect that it leaves you with after applying it, you don't feel your skin dry.

Moisturize

One of the most important things for our body in general is to be hydrated. In the case of our skin many factors cause it to lose its moisture and we need help from certain products, and this one promises to fulfill this function.

In this aspect I feel I need some help and that the micellar water itself is not enough, although the skin feels pretty good, I do need to use the moisturizer.

Soothing

This is the last of the product's features and without a doubt was one of the reasons I brought it home, because that's exactly what I need for my skin when dermatitis attacks, but the truth is that I don't feel it helps in the least in that sense, but let's remember that every skin is different and what doesn't work for me may work for others, it's a matter of trying it out.

How do I use it?

The application of the product is super simple, I do it in the mornings and before going to sleep.

All I have to do is moisten the cotton pad and wipe it all over my face and finish with my neck.

Although in the directions of the product it says that you can remove it with water or leave it on the skin, I have decided to remove it because I feel that it stings a little, not much, but I prefer to remove it, in fact it happens to me with water when I have full dermatitis, so it's probably something of my skin.

Do I recommend it?

If you don't have special needs I think it's an ideal product for cleansing the skin and as a preliminary step for the application of the other products in your skincare routine as well as makeup.

Would I buy it again?

Definitely, since there are more positives than negatives, plus I have to take into account that right now due to stress I am having constant outbreaks of the dermatitis that I have been experiencing.
