A blessed day for all of us, on this occasion I will participate in weekly featured content week 155, episode 01
Working as a nurse is not easy, sometimes you have to serve patients gently even though the patient has a high level of ego and emotion, you have to prioritize patient safety, and also the demands of the agency that must be disciplined and provide maximum service to achieve patient satisfaction when receiving treatment
Every job must have certain rules that make us feel overwhelmed when doing it and the burden of the job itself will have levels and risks of danger in working, maybe all jobs have different levels of risk
All the burdens in the job will be light when we enjoy and love the job and let it flow like water and be grateful for our achievements because there are still many out there who are unemployed who want to work like us now
I carry out all the workload with a sense of love and responsibility for what has become my duty as a nurse, even the most difficult times I have gone through in my work, for example when the world was shocked by covid19 virus all government agencies are on leave, their employees are sent home, even regulations prohibit leaving the house for all people except for important needs
While we nurses are required to continue working with full alert to be the front guard to fight the covid19 virus, if we are not careful then our lives are at stake not only anxiety for ourselves but also for our families, maybe if not with a sense of love for this job all of this is impossible for us to get through
To relieve fatigue at work, we often entertain ourselves by singing, diverting our thoughts about fatigue by creating a belief and goal to be able to achieve success, we often make humor and laugh with coworkers while on duty at least it can relieve stiffness and fatigue
Did you know that we are not paid here? Yes, we are not paid, we are only given a minimum wage, if you calculate the money, it is only enough to buy laundry soap, imagine how tragic our fate is, the nurses here, it has been going on until now, there is no special attention for health workers from the government
Everyone has their own abilities and expertise, they will definitely bring big changes to themselves, their families and others and remember the work we are doing now will always be waiting for us to bring change, even though for some people our energy is not needed, but there are other people who really need us
I am very sure that I am always awaited by patients, they will always want me to be there and provide health services to them and with a sense of compassion for humanity I am there for them and they need me there I know that my expertise is still needed by them
Until now we are still waiting to be made civil servants from our jobs and that wait will continue because I am sure the government will realize how important health workers are in this world without nurses all health services will not be able to run, I will do my job as usual at my place of work, continue to provide services and continue my work as a nurse until later I hope I can become a civil servant who can guarantee my life and my family and have adequate salary income.
