Hola amigos de #SWC .El viernes fue un gran entrenamiento en las barras, aunque pensé que no iba a rendir en mi entrenamiento porque venía llegando de Maracay y estaba un poco cansado por el viaje.
Después de estirar y calentar un poco, empecé a hacer freestyle y poco a poco me sentía más ligero, hace poco logré sacar un nuevo truco pasavalla laizans y quise intentarlo en arena por primera vez y salió al primer intento.
También estoy mejorando el geinger lo estoy intentando caer más alejado y con más altura para no tocar el suelo al momento de caerlo.

Hi #SWC friends .Friday was a great workout on the bars, although I thought I wasn't going to perform in my workout because I was coming from Maracay and I was a little tired from the trip.
After stretching and warming up a bit, I started freestyling and little by little I felt lighter, I recently managed to pull out a new trick pasavalla laizans and I wanted to try it in sand for the first time and it came out on the first try.
I'm also improving the geinger I'm trying to drop it further away and with more height to not touch the ground when I drop it.
