¿Puede un post cambiar tu forma de ser?
¿A quién estás tratando de superar cada día? ¿A tu jefe, a un amigo, a tu competencia… o a ti mismo? Esta es una pregunta clave que puede transformar tu vida.
"Compite contigo mismo" no es solo una frase motivacional; es una regla de oro para vivir con propósito. Significa que tu mayor rival no está fuera, sino dentro. Es esa versión tuya de ayer, con sus errores, dudas y logros. Es esa parte de ti que quiere quedarse en la zona cómoda mientras otra lucha por crecer, aprender y avanzar.
¿Y si cada día decidieras ser solo un 1% mejor que ayer? Aprender algo nuevo, vencer un miedo, corregir un mal hábito o simplemente sonreír más.
