Atraen poderosamente la atención esas fuertes, dispares y extensas raíces con las que algunos árboles se muestran exteriormente, penetrando y aferrándose a la madre tierra, como dejando al descubierto su naturaleza raigal y originaria. En estos días capté manifestaciones de esa llamativa presencia en dos árboles de mi ciudad, que les muestro en estas cuatro fotos.
Those strong, disparate and extensive roots with which some trees show themselves externally, penetrating and clinging to the mother earth, as if exposing their original and rooted nature, are a powerful attraction. These days I captured manifestations of this striking presence in two trees in my city, which I show you in these four photos.
