I love finding ways to use every bit of what I cook, and these crispy potato skin chips are my favourite zero-waste nutritious snack. Potato skins are high in fibre that aids digestion and contain important nutrients like vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, and iron, which support bone health and boost immunity.
They're perfectly crunchy, super flavourful, and ridiculously easy to make.
You’ll get golden chips that are great on their own or with your favourite dip, and they’re healthier than store-bought snacks!
