Since we started this year, as the Womenbiz community, we had marked on our calendar this Bootcamp, this intensive program designed for all women to teach us and learn everything about the Web3 ecosystem.
In the past weeks, all ambassadors have been working on the organization, looking for the right teachers, securing sponsors, all to provide the best experience.
Recuerdo nuestra última reunión presencial, el pasado sábado 9 de marzo, donde estábamos un poco nerviosas y preocupadas. Nos preguntábamos cómo lograríamos que al menos 300 mujeres se registraran para participar en el bootcamp. Pero Briguit Reinaldo, la fundadora de Womenbiz, como siempre, nos motivaba: "¡Chicas, lo vamos a lograr! ¡Difundamos nuestro flyer por todos lados!" Y así lo hicimos, desde el miércoles comenzamos una difusión masiva en todas las redes sociales. Desde ese momento, fue una celebración continua. Reconocimos que para nosotras no hay imposibles y que juntas somos imparables. Un día antes del evento, realizamos algunas pruebas finales, asegurándonos de que todo estuviera perfecto.
I remember our last in-person meeting, on Saturday, March 9th, where we were a bit nervous and worried. We wondered how we would manage to get at least 300 women to register to participate in the bootcamp. But Briguit Reinaldo, the founder of Womenbiz, as always, motivated us: "Girls, we're going to make it! Let's spread our flyer everywhere!" And so we did, starting on Wednesday, we began a massive promotion on all social media platforms. Even our ambassador @lunaticanto wrote and shared a blog post explaining everything about our Bootcamp.
From Wednesday to Friday afternoon, we were surprised to find that over 400 women had registered! We couldn't believe it! Our minimum goal was 300, and we exceeded expectations. From that moment on, it was a continuous celebration. We recognized that for us, there are no impossibilities and that together we are unstoppable. A day before the event, we conducted some final tests, ensuring everything was perfect.

The day of the Bootcamp arrived, and despite some errors and minor technical glitches, everything went spectacularly. Throughout the three-hour session, they absorbed a wealth of new information, although some felt a bit overwhelmed at first. +100 Women from different parts of the world, from Argentina to Venezuela and Colombia, joined eagerly to learn about this fascinating ecosystem.
