Hola amigos de #HIVE, #Liketu y #SWC. El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mis estáticos. Ayer fui en compañía con mi pareja a el estadio la Ceiba dónde se encuentra un circuito de barras en el que anteriormente entrenaba y en dónde conocí el mundo de la Calistenia. Aproveche el momento para tomar algunas fotografías de los estáticos que tengo dominados, como es el pino, la pseudo planch, la turtle planch, la sleeping flag y la progresión que llevo de V-sit.

Yesterday I went with my partner to the La Ceiba stadium where there is a bar circuit where I previously trained and where I learned about the world of Calisthenics.
