Looking at the surrounding environment, it is clear that today will be very beautiful and the environment will be so beautiful. However, it cannot be said, if there is no unexpected problem, because nature and environment can never be guaranteed 100%.
Today in this beautiful atmosphere I will share with you one of my favorite recipes. In fact, just as the feelings of our heart become beautiful with a beautiful environment, the interest in delicious foods also increases with a beautiful environment.
This is why we like to spend more time in a beautiful environment, and we are more interested in tasting the delicious foods from the beautiful environment. Sweet pumpkin is a very nutritious vegetable, and shrimp is a favorite of more or less everyone. So the combination of shrimp with sweet pumpkin was quite good.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Sweet pumpkin
- Shrimp
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Coriander leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- salt
- Oil.
Preparation phase-
First I put a pan on the stove and heat the oil, then chopped the onion, then lightly fried the prawns.
Then add all the spices including ginger garlic paste, then add light water and then add tomato slices for grounding.
When the spices are ground, add sweet pumpkin slices and mix with the spices. Then I covered it with a lid for a short time.
I removed the lid and added water for the broth, then added raw chillies and coriander leaves and when the broth thickened, I took it out to serve.
