Hi everyone . I hope you all are doing well. I am fine also. Today I come here to share an interesting recipe with you. This is chinese mashroom potato recipe.
Now I am describing the complete recipe-
ingredients-
- Boiled potato
- All porpuse flour
- Carrot
- Musterd oil
- Chopped garlic
- Green chili
- Chili powder
- Plastic bottle
- Salt
Making process-
- First, the potatoes should be mashed well. It should be taken in such a way that there are no lumps. Then some carrot should be chopped and add in it. It is optional. Then mix the perfect amount of flour.
- Then take some amount of mixture and give it in the shape of small mushrooms.
- Then they should be boiled and keep them in cold water and cool the
- Then add chopped garlic,green chili,chili powder,salt and hot musterd oil.
- Now mix them properly and enjoy.
