Today was a busy day as I could not start too early for a workout as I had meetings early to get started. It was back to back until I had to leave to the airport for more travel. Luckily, I had no delays or traffic so I got to the hotel in time to get to the gym for a workout. Focused on upper body weight training today as I got good activity on route for the most part.
I had the gym to myself which was great as I got a good mix of exercises while I pushed more weight as I continue to extend my boundaries slowly. Getting more surprised of how I am feeling as I have not felt any soreness from these pushes. Still not sure if that is a good thing but I am trusting the process as it is a long term journey.
