Buenos dias a todos, si existe las virtudes, pues la misma es una y muy importante en lo personal para mi vida, cuando para el almuerzo se prepara una comida muy rica, la cual se trata de milanesa de pollo con pure de papa, dicha milanesa se la prepara de la siguiente manera, primero cortar de la pechuga de pollo los filetes para milanesa, luego agregarlos en un volts, conteniendo huevo, sal, perejil y un poco de pimienta, lo mescalmos muy bien luego se le agrega la carne antes mencionada, luego se la quita de ahi y se la pasa, por pan rallado, para luego freirlas y listas para degustarlas.
Luegoe preparamos el pure de papa de la siguiente manera, colocamos una olla con agua, le agregamos la papa cortada en daditos, para que se cocine mas rapido, luego cuando est las colamos, le agregamos un poco de mantequilla, leche y una pisca de pimienta, las pisamos y mesclamos todo quedando el pure terminado para acompañar dicha milanesa.
