Hola mis queridos Hivers, espero hayan podido tener un buen día, lleno de muchas actividades productivas, momentos de alegrías, descanso y sobre todo un día donde hayan podido solucionar algunos de esos inconvenientes que casi siempre se nos presentan. Para lograr todo esto debemos tener una actitud mental positiva.

Hablando de productividad, ya les había mencionado en publicaciones pasadas que el dúo dinámico de las costuras estuvo activo días pasados, hicimos varias piezas de las cuales quedaron algunos retazos. Estoy seguro que muchas se van a identificar con el tema de que en nuestras casas o en nuestro lugar de trabajo nos conseguimos con muchas bolsas de retazos de tela que a veces vamos acumulando.
Speaking of productivity, I had already mentioned in past publications that the dynamic duo of sewing was active in recent days, we made several pieces of which some scraps were left. I am sure that many of you will identify with the fact that in our homes or in our workplace we get many bags of fabric scraps that sometimes we accumulate.
Realmente creo que es algo que debemos ir eliminando, ¿cómo lo hacemos? En mi caso me gusta aprovechar al máximo las telas que me traen para hacer trabajos, por eso siempre le hago saber a mis clientes que sí queda tela, que tenga la seguridad que no nos quedaremos con ella, por el contrario, les daré algunas orientaciones para ver cómo la podemos aprovechar.
I really think it is something that we should be eliminating, how do we do it? In my case I like to make the most of the fabrics that they bring me to do work, so I always let my customers know that if there is fabric left, rest assured that we will not keep it, on the contrary, I will give them some guidelines to see how we can take advantage of it.
En este caso de la braga que se le diseñó a mi querida Carolina, quedó un retazo como para ser combinada con otra tela y elaborar una bermuda. Le recomendé que debía comprar 50 cm más de tela, quedamos de acuerdo en que fuera negra para hacer la bermuda que a continuación les voy a presentar.
In this case of the panty that was designed for my dear Carolina, there was a piece left to be combined with another fabric and make a bermuda. I recommended to her that she should buy 50 cm more fabric, we agreed that it should be black to make the bermuda that I am going to present below.
Como verán del retazo de tela estampado sacamos la parte delantera de la bermuda sin bolsillo, con la nueva tela se le hizo la parte de atrás en color negro del mismo tipo de tela bervely. Seguimos tomando como referencia la braga que nos trajo como medida para hacer las anteriores piezas.
As you can see, from the printed fabric we took the front part of the bermuda shorts without pocket, with the new fabric we made the back part in black color of the same type of bervely fabric. We continue taking as a reference the panty that was brought to us as a measure to make the previous pieces.
Como mujeres a veces se nos salen los rollitos y queremos buscar la manera de disimularlo, 🥴🤭🤭🤭 , una de las cosas en particular que tiene esta bermuda es que se le hizo una pretina bastante alta, de 10 cm, es decir cortamos un pedazo de tela de 48 cm de ancho y de 20 cm de alto (al doblez de la tela) y al coser quedó mucho más resistente.

Esto ayuda a que al momento de colocarnos la prenda ella pueda hacer la función como de una faja, muchos conocen la características de esta tela bervely, ella a pesar de que estira bastante, es gruesa permitiendo así recoger un poco esos rollos que se son hacen y que muchas veces nos incomodan.

Particularmente me gustó mucho esta bermuda, logramos al mismo tiempo hacer un conjunto casual con la franela que habíamos hecho de color vino tinto, considerando que nuestra querida clienta se estaba preparando para un viaje de playa.
I Aparticularly liked this bermuda shorts, we managed at the same time to make a casual outfit with the flannel that we had made in red wine color, considering that our dear client was preparing for a beach trip.
El mensaje de hoy mi querida gente que ama la costura, es que promuevan el hecho de poder aprovechar al máximo la tela con que trabajan de sus clientes, claro, esto no todo el tiempo funciona, porque a veces el cliente está limitado de dinero y prefiere no hacer más gastos, pero Carolina es una de esas clientas que todos queremos tener, ella a nada le dice que no, y al igual que yo, Carolina es de las que piensa que al limón hay que sacarle todo el zumo, es decir, a la tela hay que sacarle todo el provecho posible, aparte de que es de las que paga anticipado. 😜🤑.
