Hello, dear Hivers I am @omobolanle1 and this is my first time of posting here. Before I continue, I want to appreciate the effort of the admin team, you are doing a great job. Family is a great treasure to cherish apart from the privilege to be alive. When the days are beautiful, you have your family members around you. And when otherwise, you still have them around. The family is the first point of contact every individual has before getting acquainted into the world setting. The first first stage of socialization is the family. Kudos to the founder and all team members.
One of the things that create bond in the family is the things we share together. No matter how bad a family member is, they remain one. I think if we treat others the way we will treat our family members, then the world will be a better place to live.
I doy best possible to spend quality time with my family. And every opportunity to do so, I do not take for granted.Yesterday was one of my daughter's 8th birthday and I saw that as an opportunity to bond with the kids since it's an holiday period. I want to share with you how it went. I was so tired and exhausted, yet I created time to celebrate her just to make her happy. I was not financially buoyant but some good hearted people sent me money to take her out and have fun. We bathed and were prepared to go out but undecided on where to go. The kids opted for a place called Ikeja City Mall (ICM) located in the heart and capital of Lagos State, Nigeria. I obliged since it is all about them.

On getting there, it was a busy scene due to the holidays and the festive mood. So many people were there. We ate, drank, danced and played games.
Guess what! We met with some celebrities, and it was a happy scene. The kids blushed around some of these people and took some shots.

The kids were happy and so were I. Abigail's remark on our way home was "Today is the best birthday ever"
