Being a teacher is a job not for the weak. Especially when teaching here in the Philippines, it requires a lot of hard work especially during forms making. It will really test your hard work and resilience.
This is my first year of teaching in DEPED and it is such a challenge being able to handle a Grade 12 class which means they are graduating students and they sure have a lot of forms to prepare.
I know there a lot of forms but I got shocked when it was more than what I expected.
I had quite a lot of sleepless lights doing all the work and repeating everytime I get some mistakes.
Here are a few of the forms I have on hand and all I have to do is to unstaple these forms and segregate each one per form and per student.
This is indeed not a one man job. I am thankful that my students helped me out on sorting their forms.
We unstapled the forms since the forms are stapled all together. One of my students are holding all the PSAs, the other one is holding all the SF10s, the other one is holding all the report cards.
With them helping me out on this made my work a lot faster and more convenient. I am so thankful that thwu helped me out on this.
During form checkings, our forms will be checked if our SF10 forms and the report cards match, and as for us, as a Grade12 Adviser, I also need to prepare their Evaluation Forms.
One thing that really stresses me out is during I have mistakes on printing out the forms, then I have to do it all over again.
But luckily, I have helping hands who are there to help me out on making my work faster.
I am so thankful for them. By their help, I feel a little bit more at ease and I feel a less boring while working because I have people to talk to while doing my work.
To a very productive day indeed! Ciao!
