Hace unos días mi pequeño de 5 años me dijo que le hiciera un dibujo para el pintarlo y subirlo a hive. Me sorprendí un poco con su pedido, pero conversando con él al respecto, me dijo que se quería comprar unas golosinas con lo que se ganará. Me causó risa, pero a su vez me llamó la atención porque es un niño muy observador y calculador.
Evidentemente, sabe que usamos el hive líquido para sustentarnos, de hecho me acompaña a realizar el mercado, eso ha servido de ejemplo para que él pueda deducir que obtenemos ingresos a través de nuestros post, pero lo que más me gusta es que tomo iniciativa para ganar algo, no solo pidiéndome a mí que soy su papá, sino el obtenerlo por sus medios.
Eso me gusta porque muestra un razonamiento real de cómo se obtienen las cosas a pesar de su corta edad, razón por la cual he decidido premiarlo con una parte de las recompensas que obtenga en este post.
A few days ago my little 5 year old boy asked me to draw him a picture so he could paint it and upload it to hive. I was a little surprised with his request, but when I talked to him about it, he told me that he wanted to buy some candy with the money he would earn. It made me laugh, but at the same time it caught my attention because he is a very observant and calculating child.
Evidently, he knows that we use the liquid hive to sustain us, in fact he accompanies me to make the market, that has served as an example so that he can deduce that we get income through our posts, but what I like most is that I take initiative to earn something, not only asking me who am his dad, but to obtain it by his means.
I like that because it shows a real reasoning of how things are obtained despite his young age, which is why I have decided to reward him with a part of the rewards he gets in this post.
El dibujo quedó a mi criterio, así que le hice un dragón bebe que fuera agradable a su vista. Cuando se lo mostré, estuvo contento y, después de un rato, dejó de ver sus comiquitas y se vino a colorear. Mientras lo hacía, le sugerí algunas cosas como el brillo de los ojos, pero me dijo que lo pintaría de azul, así que lo dejé tranquilo y me puse a realizar otras cosas, sin embargo, a cada instante me decía que le tomara una foto a su proceso.
A este ritmo, estoy casi seguro de que tendremos un nuevo hiver de aquí a unos años. Mi hija también me pidió hacer lo mismo, pero con ella me pondré la siguiente semana. La idea original era que lo pintara con acuarelas, pero mi esposa salió con la niña y no tengo idea qué las hizo – las madres esconden todo – así que se dedicó a pintar con colores.
The drawing was at my discretion, so I made him a baby dragon that was pleasing to his eye. When I showed it to him, he was happy and, after a while, he stopped watching his comics and came to color. While he was doing it, I suggested a few things to him like the glow in the eyes, but he said he would paint it blue, so I left him alone and went on to do other things, however, every moment he kept telling me to take a picture of his process.
At this rate, I'm pretty sure we'll have a new hiver a few years from now. My daughter also asked me to do the same thing, but I'll get to her next week. The original idea was for me to paint it with watercolors, but my wife went out with the girl and I have no idea what she did them - mothers hide everything - so she took to painting with colors.
Evaluando su dibujo pienso que lo hizo muy bien, hay unas partes en que se salió mínimo y otras donde le quedo un espacio en blanco y tenía que mejorarlo, se lo dijo y su respuesta fue: “no importa esos no se dan cuenta” lo que me hizo reír más, tiene unas ocurrencias, pero hable con él y lo mejoro lo más que pudo. Al final estuvo satisfecho y agradezco su iniciativa, las cosas se consiguen con esfuerzo lícito, así que pienso que vamos por buen camino.
Evaluating his drawing I think he did it very well, there are some parts where he left a blank space and he had to improve it, he told her and her answer was: "it doesn't matter, they don't realize it" which made me laugh more, he has some witty remarks, but I talked to him and he improved it as much as he could. In the end he was satisfied and I appreciate his initiative, things are achieved with lawful effort, so I think we are on the right track.
