Yesterday, Garmin suggested 2 hours of MTB ride with low effort. Since it was raining, it was a good moment to try ERG training with guided ride.
At TrainerDay I found one ride that looked at ma as appropriate and in no time I send it to my Garmin, paired with Wahoo Kickr and ride could begin 🙂
Unfortunately, I didn't take enough time to read details of the ride, so I found out at the hard way that it was too hard for me to complete full 1.5 hours. Only one hour completed, but even with that I am in overtraining, so I should ease a little. I guess that my poor sleep is to blame 😅
But again, technology works perfect.
