As time goes by, technological tools are growing rapidly in the industrial world. There are various kinds of technological tools that many experts have found. Even so, in Indonesia, there are still people who use traditional technology tools for the process of making salt.
As you can see in some of my pictures, a number of women salt farmers still use traditional technology tools to produce salt. And this traditional tool has been in use since ancient times.
This traditional tool is made of wood. According to farmers, the reason they are still using these traditional tools is to prevent corrosion. So that the tool will last a long time compared to using metal-containing materials.
