Tried N Tested: Wormwood Cervical Vertebra Aid Pillow. Does it work?

For those who have been reading my journey the last few months would have know that I have been undergoing a lot of stress to the point that my health have been challenged and requires a serious adjustment of my lifestyle

One of my health challenges is insomnia. I am not saying that I am not spending more quiet time with prayer and reading the word, but I have been having a bit harder time to unwind my brain to sleep to the point that I needed to switch on Green Noise just to fall asleep.

I must say that this actually is pretty effective, though it still takes me around 30 minutes to unwind my mind with the constant "plane flying above the skies sound" to get me to sleep

Moreover, my pillow hadn't been the best help either as I kept waking up to neck strain sometimes even in the middle of the night; and not even memory foam pillows can help long term.

Sometimes even my back started hurting.

Oddly as if my phone have been "watching" me there have been a lot of advertisement talking about cervical vertebral support pillows showing up when I started looking for those pregnancy U shape body support bolsters in hope that i can have a more comfortable sleep; and because the U shaped bolster is A LOT more expensive than this wormwood pillow, costing around 13 HIVE including shipping on today's market rate, i decided to give it a go.

Surprisingpy the wormwood herb smell is actually quite strong. I had to add an extra layer of pillow case just so that the smell isn't overwhelming for my sensitive nose. And the mini detachable cylinder pillow is actually quite hard, creating a very firm support for my starting to arch neck and I did feel a sudden comfort thay my neck and head was supported even though the small rectangular pillow is flatter than the cylinder one.

A more bizarre outcome was I dozed off quite quickly with the Green Noise on, and even sleeping on the sides sometimes as I usually do, I didn't feel any strain the next morning 😳

Well this is just only the first night so I can't strongly vouch that this is a miracle pillow, I do feel some difference and less grouchy the next morning probably because I had better sleep.

I am going to keep using and monitoring my sleep pattern for the next 7 days and see how is my sleep progress. I do hope wirh better sleep I will be more productive and less lethargic and finally could even get back to regular workouts again.

Even if this could help 10% of my sleep it is already fantastic progress!

    How about you?

Do you have sleep problems with neck strain the next day, or your posture is iron clad strong and nothing gets between you and your sleep? 😆
