Hello friends and travelers of the world, it's time to show you my last adventure which excites me a lot because Merida is one of the places in my country that has a very important sentimental value for me, a part of my family roots come from here.
Merida gathers a series of elements that make it magical, it is called the city of the knights in homage to the natives of the area, it is full of history and culture, of natural beauties and although at this moment I was just walking through the streets near the hotel where I was staying it was inevitable not to feel a little nostalgic since I had 9 years without being able to visit it.
This time I came on a tour and not with my family as I used to do in the past, so this tour starts near the Plaza de Las Heroínas, where in one of the sidewalks you could see the star of Johan Santana, for those who do not know he is a Venezuelan sportsman of great renown specifically ex-baseball player born in Tovar, Mérida to which we honor his name and his professional career with this plaque.
On this walk you can also see some hotels and establishments selling coffee, empanadas and other types of food, it was quite early at this time but in the afternoons you can also find churros to eat, some pigeons flutter around the area I could not get too close to them without them wanting to fly away.
Then I took a shot closer to one of the mountains where a local told us that it has the shape of the face of an Indian and is located in the Paramo de Los Conejos, I did not remember having seen it in my previous times, it is impressive as you can see all the details of his face, so they say that Merida is magical not only for this, but for the charm in its lagoons.
After breakfast the sun began to shine with its rays and I was near the Coromoto Ice Cream Parlor or Ice Cream Parlor of the Thousand Flavors, by that time it was closed but I was very struck by part of its painting in pastel pink tone.
There were some cafes with varied options on their menu such as late, cappuccino and American, plus sales of bags of 100% handmade coffee and really that the aroma permeated the entire street, apart from the Coromoto Ice Cream parlor we also found another ice cream parlor called Carabobo for wholesale sales of popsicles and bars.
The weather was quite nice and cool and although the sun was imposing my sister and I were captivated with the tranquility of being in its streets and the warmth of its people.

Hola amigos y viajeros del mundo, llegó el momento de mostrarles mi última aventura lo cuál me emociona bastante porque Mérida es una de los sitios de mi país que tiene un valor sentimental muy importante para mí, una parte de mis raíces familiares provienen de aquí.
Mérida reúne una serie de elementos que la hacen mágica, es llamada la ciudad de los caballeros en homenaje a los nativos de la zona, está llena de historia y cultura, de bellezas naturales y aunque para este momento sólo me encontraba caminando por las calles aledañas al hotel donde me estaba quedando me era inevitable no sentir un poco de nostalgia ya que tenía 9 años sin poderla visitar.
En esta oportunidad vine en un tour y no con mi familia como solía hacerlo en el pasado, así que este recorrido empieza cerca de las Plaza de Las Heroínas, donde en uno de las aceras podía verse la estrella de Johan Santana, para quienes no tienen conocimiento el es un deportista Venezolano de gran renombre específicamente exbeisbolista nacido en Tovar, Mérida al cuál se le rinde honor a su nombre y a su carrera profesional con esta placa.
En este paseo también puede verse algunos hoteles y establecimientos de venta de café, empanadas y otros tipos de comidas, era bastante temprano en este momento pero por las tardes también pueden encontrarse churros para comer, algunas palomas revolotean por la zona no podía acercarme mucho a ellas sin que quisieran salir volando.
Luego realice una tomas más cerca a una de las montañas donde un lugareño nos hablaba acerca de que posee forma de la cara de un indio y se encuentra ubicada en el Páramo de Los Conejos, no recordaba haberla visto en mis veces anteriores, es impresionante como pueden verse todos los detalles de su cara, por eso dicen que Mérida es mágica no solo por esto, sino por el encanto en sus lagunas.
Luego de desayunar el sol empezó a resplandecer con sus rayos y me encontraba cerca de la Heladería Coromoto o Heladería de los Mil Sabores, para ese momento se encontraba cerrada pero me llamaba mucho la atención parte de su pintura en tono rosa pastel.
Habían algunos cafés con opciones variadas en su menú como late, capuccino y americano, además ventas de bolsitas de café 100% artesanal y de verdad que el aroma impregnada toda la calle, aparte de la Heladería Coromoto también encontramos otra Heladería llamada Carabobo para ventas al mayor de paletas y barquillas.
El clima estaba bastante agradable y fresco y aunque el sol estaba imponente mi hermana y yo estábamos cautivadas con la tranquilidad de estar en sus calles y la calidez de su gente.
