LAND'S END PIK 2, Artificial beach on the outskirts of Jakarta

    Hello hive friends!
Have a good activity on Tuesday! I hope everyone has a good day. Today I want to share my experience when I visited Land's End, an artificial beach located on the beautiful Kapok beach or better known as PIK. PIK itself is located on the outskirts of Jakarta, precisely to the north of the city. Recently, PIK has become one of the most popular tourist attractions for Jakarta residents.

At the beginning of this year, to celebrate the New Year, my friends and I went on a one day trip. We went to the PIK area which has recently gone viral on social media. As I said above, the PIK area itself is on the outskirts of Jakarta. That means the location is very far from where I live. The distance is about 28 kilometers from where I live. To go there we had to take the Trans Jakarta bus with two stops. PIK itself has many diverse tourist attractions. The most famous are China town, Aloha and La Riviera. Actually our main destination was La Riviera, but we were interested in stopping at a beach called Land's end. Someone we met at the bus stop said the beach was nice. Without thinking, we immediately rushed to the beach.

From the front, it doesn't look like a beach. This is actually like a shopping place, because in front there are lots of stalls selling food and clothes. Then a little further inside, there are lots of cafes. And yeah, the cafes are located on the beach. Land's End has another name, namely White Sand Beach because the beach is white. It is different from the original beach, but this beach is quite good for enjoying a holiday. I still can't understand how a beach as beautiful as this can be an artificial beach. Absolutely amazing! Actually, this beach is not yet completely finished. There are still several aspects that appear to be still in the development process. Some of the coconut trees planted are still not growing well because they are still new.

Even though construction has not yet been completely completed, this beach is already very busy with visitors. Many Jakarta residents spend their weekend holidays here. Most visitors who come to this beach hang out in cafes around the beach. Some came to take photos around the beach. By the way, the buildings around this beach are designed in white and dark blue. There is also a small lighthouse on the beach. This is a favorite spot for visitors to take photos. Around the lighthouse there are also several food and clothing stands. Basically, there is no need to worry if you come to this beach because there are lots of food stands and cafes around. Actually, what makes lots of visitors come even though the construction is not yet finished are the influencers who make this place go viral. Honestly, I think this beach is nice, but it would be nice if it was opened after construction is finished. Surely this place will look better.
