El día de hoy no podía dejar de formar parte de este nuevo reto vegano , número 26 , que mi amiga @sirenahippie nos trajo, desde que termina el reto anterior estoy afanada para ver cual reto viene y me alegra mucho cuando es fácil de conseguir, enseguida me dirijo al supermercado.
Mi esposo se ríe mucho conmigo y me dice: estás más pendiente de #hive que de mi, jajajaja. Ya que luego comienzo a contarle lo que debo comprar , aunque él también pregunta .
El reto de hoy , comprar frijoles , en mi caso compré frijoles negros, aquí lo llamamos caraotas : fuí al supermercado favorito, llamado El mercadito de los Andes.
Algunos me conocen y me preguntan :¿Qué pidieron ahora?
Primero cuando me tomaba las fotos estaban pendiente , pero ahora hasta quieren aparecer en las fotos,por eso me divierto mucho haciendo estas compras.No es nada aburrido.Siempre me acompaña mi esposo y mi hijo.

Today's challenge , buy beans , in my case I bought black beans , here we call it caraotas : I went to my favorite supermarket , called El mercadito de los Andes.

At first when I was taking pictures of myself they were waiting, but now they even want to appear in the pictures, so I have a lot of fun doing this shopping, it's not boring at all, I am always accompanied by my husband and my son.
Los frijoles negros, Son llamados : habichuelas negras, caraotas negras y porotos negros o zaragozas negras.
En Venezuela la conocemos por Caraotas negras y creo que a casi todas las personas les gusta este delicioso plato,ya sea sin azúcar o con azúcar, este un dilema, a mi me gusta con azúcar.
Los frijoles negros , tienen un alto contenido de ácido fólico y tiamina, son antioxidantes, contienen proteínas, hierro, zinc, calcio,fósforo,vitamina B, por todo esto hacen de ella un tremendo alimento.Tienen bajo contenido de grasa.

Compré un paquete de frijoles o caraotas negras de 400 gramos por 47, 61 bolívares, lo vi accesible ,aunque en otras partes estaban más económicos.Pero como ya es costumbre ir a ese supermercado .

Como conservar los frijoles por más tiempos:
- Guardarlos en recipientes herméticos, limpio y seco. En un lugar seco y alejado del sol. Esto para los frijoles crudos.
- Los cocidos se conservan por más tiempo en un recipiente hermético y se guardan en el refrigerador o se congelan.
How to keep the beans for a longer period of time:
- Store them in airtight containers, clean and dry. In a dry place away from the sun. This for raw beans.
- Cooked beans can be kept longer in an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator or frozen.
