Este es el pollo del perro,
lleva el cascarón puesto,
es más grande que el can travieso
y pesa 10 kilos el animalezco.
No deja dormir al canino,
lo despierta sin perjuicios,
el perro siempre lleva buen genio
y se acerca al pollo intenso.
This is the dog's chicken,
he's got his shell on,
it is bigger than the naughty dog
and weighs 10 kilos the animal.
It does not let the canine sleep,
he wakes him up without harm,
the dog always has a good temper
and approaches the intense chicken.
Conversan en tono bajo,
algo pide el pollo agraciado,
el perro sale por un rato
y regresa con papel azulado.
Con el papel cubre al pollo,
simula un cascarón sólido,
¿qué será que hacen estos ociosos?
Seguramente juegan al cascarón roto.

Tras haber cumplido su misión
y complacer al pollo con su petición,
el perro se duerme sin preocupación
mientras el pollo permanece tranquilo en su cascarón.
Y es que no era para más,
el quería un cascarón sin igual,
que llevará el cielo en su faz
y así lo hizo el can.
After having fulfilled his mission
and pleased the chicken with its request,
the dog goes to sleep without worry
while the chicken remains calmly in its shell.

El perro formó un cascarón,
con papel de oscuro color,
un cielo simuló,
con estrellas y su esplendor.
El perro tranquilo duerme,
y el pollo bien se siente,
es que en un mundo como este,
estamos para ayudarnos siempre
y hacer felices a quienes nos rodeen.
The dog formed a shell,
