It is said that February is the shortest month of the year, and it certainly is in terms of the number of days. However, what if I told you that this month has felt like one of the longest in a long time for me?
I have been swamped with work. I see patients at my own practice and at partner practices. I have also been attending refresher courses both in my city and out of town. I have had unavoidable commitments, so in short, I haven't been able to take a break until yesterday!
Yes, yesterday, Monday! I decided to make time in my schedule to do something I love and go to my favorite place: the beach! I called my friend Xhiriath and we made arrangements. I checked the car over and made sure everything was in order, and then we set off for the coast

Dicen que el mes de febrero es el mes más corto del año y si, ciertamente por cantidad de dÃas si lo es, pero y si les digo que he sentido que este mes ha sido de los más largos en mucho tiempo?
He estado a full con respecto a mi trabajo, atiendo pacientes en mi consultorio, en consultorios aliados, he estado asistiendo a cursos de actualización tanto en mi ciudad como fuera de ella, he tenido compromisos impostergables, en fin no habÃa podido tomar un descanso hasta ayer!
Si, ayer Lunes! he tomado como decisión apartar en mi agenda para hacer algo que me encanta e ir a mi lugar favorito. La Playa! en este caso he llamado a mi amiga Xhiriath nos hemos puesto de acuerdo, hice la revisión correspondiente al carro, verifique que todo estaba bien y hemos partido a la costa.
The beach is by far my favorite place. It's where I can recharge my batteries, find peace, and most importantly, be happy!
Isn't that what life is all about? Well, at least that's my philosophy: to be happy!
We were blessed with beautiful weather. The sun, the sand, the beach were all at their best. And to top it off, I got to share it all with my friend. The beach was also practically empty, with very few people around. I think if I had planned this trip better, it couldn't have been more perfect.

La playa es por mucho mi lugar favorito, allà logro recargar energÃas, renovar la paz y aún más importante es donde soy más feliz!
La vida se trata de eso no? o bueno, mi estilo es ese, ser feliz!
Logramos disfrutar de un hermoso clima, el sol, la arena, la playa todo en su punto más esplendido además de ello poder ir y compartir junto a mi amiga, aprovechar además de que la playa estaba realmente libre, habÃan muy pocas personas, creo que de haber planificado mejor esta salida puede que no haya salido tan perfecta.
I'm sure we all deserve to have moments to connect with what we love most. The less complicated life is, the better. I connect with the waves, the sea, and the sand. What do you connect with?
