Ingredients;
A handful of well-washed water spinach
(But you have to keep in mind that you have to break these water spinach to the point where there are only three leaves. When they are too long, it is difficult to make this dish.)
An egg
A teaspoon of chilli powder
Half teaspoon of salt powder
Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
Two tablespoons of cornflour
The method of making;
First of all, add the egg to the bowl and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt powder and pepper to it and stir it.
Then add cornflour to it and stir well.
The mixture should be as thick and runny as shown in the figure.
Now dip the steak with water spinach in this mixture. It is okay not to apply the steak. But apply the leafy part well.
Now add oil to the pan and when this oil is heated on low flame, add the water spinach oil dipped in the mixture.
Keep it like that for three to four minutes and then turn the other side.
Once it turns light golden, remove from the heat.
It's really not too spicy even if you add these spices to it. You can change and make these strange spices as you like. But if you eat this as a meal right after making it, it is really suitable for a snack. I think even someone who doesn't like water spinach will definitely enjoy it when it is made like this with eggs. And this is a different recipe.
