Hola, hola amigos veganos en todo el mundo, aqui estamos con un nuevo desafio vegano, propuesto por la amiga @sirenahippie, que coincide con un nuevo mes, el cual deseo venga cargado de bendiciones; ademas, inicia tambien el ciclo de vacaciones escolares, lo cual significa para mi, un poco de descanso, jejejeje
En este desafío que es el número 30, se nos pide ir al mercado a comprar solo frutas; esas deliciosas y variadas que forman parte esencial de nuestra dieta alimenticia, y, es que las hay para todos los gustos, de todas formas, tamaños, colores y sabores; asi, que esta mañana me fui a mi trabajo, porque hoy era la entrega de boletas, y, al salir de allí me fui al centro del pueblo, cámara en mano a comprar frutas! jajajaj; en el primer local, no había casi nada de mercancía porque el camión que surte llega mañana; entonces fui a un segundo local, y, alli encontre una gran variedad de frutas frescas.

En el lugar habia mercancia bastante fresca, y, algo de variedad; aqui en el pueblo no se consigue de todo, pero, en frutas, llega bastante variado; habia: melon, piña, patilla, naranja, mandarina, limon, guayaba, parchita, coco, durazno, lechoza y manzanas verdes y rojas.
En cuanto a los consejos de compra, como regla general, me fijo en la piel de las frutas, estan deben estar tersas y brillantes, lo cual significa frescura; aunque en algunos casos sigo trucos especificos como por ejemplo: para comprar parchitas, las agito una por una, para saber si estan vacias, porque muchas veces al abrirlas lo que tiene es aire, jajajaj
El melon y lechosa no deben tener hendiduras en la piel, la naranjay los limones, los aprieto un poco, para saber si tienen jugo o esta secos.
Las frutas que mas se me dificulta comprar es la piña, porque muchas veces en los ojitos tiene hendiduras muy blandas, y mal olor, eso significa que se esta dañando; o esta muy verde, me cuesta mucho comprar piña, y, con los cocos no tengo suerte, por lo general salen malos, por fuera se ven bonitos y por dentro están podridos, me he llevado unos cuantos chascos!

The fruit that is most difficult for me to buy is pineapple, because many times it has very soft indentations in the eyes, and a bad smell, that means that it is being damaged; or it is very green, it is very difficult for me to buy pineapple, and I have no luck with coconuts, they usually come out bad, on the outside they look pretty and on the inside they are rotten, I have been disappointed a few times!
