Growing tropical fruit in the freezing mountains of Colorado without heating

I thought this was a really interesting property. It somewhat reminds me of some of the Earth Ships in New Mexico. I have been all over the United States and in a lot of ways property has really gotten insanely expensive but it isn't as bad as what is going on in Australia and Canada. It makes it tough because going to another country can be precarious because land ownership might be restricted or not work the same. For instance if I tried to buy farm land in Poland as an American citizen I can't do it. In a lot of ways that makes sense. They don't want foreign interest taking over all their farm land.
