It was quite windy today, however I wanted to do a good workout.
I hesitated between doing long or short intervals...in the end I decided on the short ones, 10 repetitions of 300m recovering 100m at a jog.
It is one of my favorite "quality" workouts..., although demanding, it is so enjoyable that you could easily do many more repetitions but my "rational" mind has decided to be conservative and not risk my integrity since I still don't feel ready for it.
In any case, it has been an excellent workout, I started the intervals lightly, the first at 1'09", and I finished in progression, doing the last one at exactly 1'.
Then, I did arm exercises to improve my arm stroke when running and, afterwards, I ended up doing gentle stretches while enjoying a splendid day.
