Last December 09, 2024 my cousin who is currently living in Texas personal message me she would like to order 3 hats, with color
orange and black combination. Her daughter will be going home on January, timing for the Sinulog Festival in Cebu,she will be the one to bring the hats in Texas.
No time wasted I ordered right away the materials needed at Shoppee. When the materials arrived I right away made the hats. First the pure orange colorway.
Made with tiny cord from round 1 to round 35...
And, made my knee as my head molder...
Then, in Round 36 I joined or incorporate the 8ply cotton.
Finishing it about two days because of other things to do like household chores.
Next or 2nd hat I designed it like this:
The orange is tiny cord while the black lines were 8ply cotton.
My pace was just right then I realized the edgings were not in line, thus, I frogged it all and do it again, this time in straight line edge.
Then, when making the brim I design it so the eyes can be covered.
When my cousin saw this, she ordered again for her 4yrs old granddaughter.
Next the 3rd hat. I designed another style.
The brim is wavy. The top is made of tiny cord, while the orange at side,combination of tiny cord and 8 ply cotton and on the brim the black line is 8ply cotton. When my cousin saw this she added one more hat same design. So, she ordered 5 PC's all hats.
I will just passed by their place in Cebu City delivered it to her husband, so when her daughter arrives in January, she will bring it in Texas.
