Cachopo is a typical dish from Asturias, a very mountainous and coastal autonomous province. This dish consists of 2 fillets of beef and between them, a filling that usually ham and cheese, these are battered and previously fried for the next step, the delight.
In Spain it is very common to find restaurants that offer this dish and even hold competitions to award the best Cachopo of the year, where experts do their best to win and even stuff it with other ingredients giving more curiosity to the taster.
In this case, we had a place in front of the apartment where we live that offered it and as I already worked in one of these restaurants I had the need to give my opinion and give my best review to this dish JAJAJ so we went ahead and ordered a Traditional Cachopo wich is made of ham and cheese and accompanied it with a bed of french fries and some peppers as topping. I can only say that it was cooked VERY well and it tasted fresh, the only thing I was not happy with was the cabrales cheese that they put to accompany it as a dip, this is a blue cheese but its flavor is so strong that I can't eat it with nature yet. The best of all is that this dish for 2 people that can eat up to 3, only costs 19,00 euros and you will satisfied.
