Greetings everyone! Here we go today with another blog of splinterlands social media challenge. This is my entry post for the contest, if you also want to participate in the contest you can click here and follow some rules given as per the community.
Firstly I will tell you about the ruleset of this week challenge. The name of the ruleset is HOLY PROTECTION. The small description about the ruleset:-
DESCRIPTION
All units gain the Divine Shield ability which reduces the damage of the first attack received to 0.
Divine Shield will be re-applied when a unit is Resurrected.
Blast damage will remove divine shield.
Now I will tell you about the monster which I have choose to play and won from my opponent.
My Lineup
This is my lineup for the battle
So these were the monster which I have choose to play the battle, the total battle was of 39 MANA COST which includes the summoner.
Let me tell you about the battle in detail, which I have played and won again my strong opponent. So let's start:-
ROUND 1
The first round of the battle was very big it was all most 22 moves, Before the round starts all the monster get the power from their respective summoner. And after that all the monster started attacking on each other. But the main interesting point is that when they started attacking on each other they can't hurt others. But then THANALOR attacked on opponent first position he was knocked out within 1 attack from the battle. But after that game changes towards opponent side they ATTACKED A LOT ON THANALOR he was almost near to knock out from the battle but any how GOBLIN save him by giving health, but the opponent monster was also very near to knock out but the round ends. So let's see in the next round of the battle.
ROUND 2
As you can see in the battle that both the first position monster are very weak but anyhow before getting eliminate opponent monster was knock out and then THANALOR was also knocked out from the game but before the round ends if you notice that the next opponent monster was also very weak so he was also attacked by my monster and knocked out from the battle. So at last I lose 1 monster and opponent lose 2 monster. But the game is still stuck in between we cannot say who will win or lose the battle. So let's see ahead what happened.
ROUND 3
Well this was the most boring round of the game and even most smallest round as you can see the opponent first position monster he was very weak, when my monster attacked on him he was eliminate from the round with in 1 attack. And here the most smallest round ends of the battle.
ROUND 4&5
As you can see in round 4 there are only 2monster left from opponent side, now we can assume who can win the battle, But still let's see what happened ahead. My current first position monster was very weak so he was also get eliminate by the opponent, but then my monster attack on them, and 1 more monster was eliminate from the battle. So basically in round 4 we both lose 1-1 monster. But the main point is that opponent have only 1 monster and I have 4 monster. So in round 5 he was also eliminate from the game when my monster attack on him. And here I won the battle from my strong opponent.

CONCLUSION
The main thing we can learn from today's battle is that we should always first read the rule set carefully and then choose the monster accordingly, then after that always choose strong monster if you see that, If I had not put the THANALOR on first position then for sure I will lose the battle. So the main thing is that we should always choose strong monster. And the other most important thing you might take care about that choose the summoner which will give some power to your monster before the battle starts or it may affect the health or lose their energy.
