Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC Hola gente, hoy subiré el entrenamiento que tuve con @miguelgabriel-sw hoy hicimos plancha, práctica la stradlle planch, ranita, hicimos algunas preses y para terminar hicimos aguantes, también estaban con nosotros otros amigos, como @chiqui-sw y @yisus-sw claro nosotros siempre entrenamos en su casa, y pasamos la tarde allí juntos, y estaban otros amigos de nosotros que ya los verán en las fotos que subiré, yo tengo pensando prácticar el front lever mañana enfocándome en el front lever victorian y en el touch de front lever aunque hacer Víctorian de front lever me da algo de miedo, siento que me voy a caer pero la verdad deseo dominar esa variante del front lever y el touch, aunque estoy totalmente satisfecho por tener el touch porque la verdad era una meta que me había propuesto el año pasado para final de año y bueno no lo pude lograr y la verdad fue algo que me bajo un poco el ánimo pero el que por fin lo haya logrado me alegra mucho y me motiva bastante pues el front lever es mi estático favorito y avanzar en el me motiva mucho
