¡Tengan todos un precioso día por acá!
El día de ayer, luego de unas vacaciones por los Carnavales, decidí reactivar mis entrenamientos y usar por primera vez en una carrera mi querida visera de #HiveRun, desde que la tengo no podía esperar a usarla en una carrera, así que acompañenme para ver los detalles de dicha carrera.
Salí de casa determinado a completar 10 kilómetros para retomar mis entrenamientos, pensé al principio que era arriesgado porque tenía ya varios días sin entrenar, pero tan pronto empecé a calentar los músculos, fui agarrando el hilo.
Estaba emocionado por correr con mi nueva gorra, y todo el outfit de Hive, mi franela, mi pulsera, estaba emocionado y más aún porque todo combinaba. No es como que me dé más resistencia o velocidad, pero me hace correr feliz, y eso también es importante.

Sí completé los 10 kilómetros que me había propuesto, y tuve un buen ritmo promedio, de 6:49 /km, lo que me alivia, pues quiero tratar de no subir de los 7:00 /km en mis entrenamientos de 10 km. Pronto espero ver mejoras en esos ritmos con mis entrenamientos de velocidad.
Y eso fue todo para mi entrenamiento, en serio quería compartir las lindas fotos de esta carrera, enfocadas a la gorra negra y roja, y a seguir usándola. Pdta: me protegió bastante del sol, que es lo más importante.

Yesterday, after a vacation for Carnival, I decided to reactivate my training and use for the first time in a race my beloved #HiveRun visor, since I have it I couldn't wait to use it in a race, so join me to see the details of this race.
I left home determined to complete 10 kilometers to resume my workouts, I thought at first it was risky because I had already several days without training, but as soon as I started to warm up the muscles, I was grabbing the thread.
I was excited to run with my new cap, and the whole Hive outfit, my flannel, my bracelet, I was excited and even more so because everything matched. It's not like it gives me more endurance or speed, but it makes me run happy, and that's important too.

I did complete the 10 km I had set out to do, and I had a good average pace, 6:49 /km, which relieves me, as I want to try not to go above 7:00 /km in my 10 km workouts. Soon I hope to see improvements in those paces with my speed workouts.
And that was it for my training, I seriously wanted to share the nice photos from this race, focusing on the black and red cap, and to keep wearing it. Pdta: it protected me quite a bit from the sun, which is the most important thing.
