Hardships
I overheard our elderly neighbors talking about extreme high prices of everything nowadays. One of them mentioned they'd never experienced such hardships before, which the other one agreed. I may not be as old as them, but I can say they are right. The last five years has been crucial. Prices and transportation fares has doubled. Php1k can still buy a lot three years ago, but you'll get a few nowadays.
Wednesday
Of course, I got up from bed when the mobile bakery came in. I scrambled eggs to partner with bread. We rarely eat rice for breakfast.
Meanwhile, the weather is almost the same as yesterday. It's quite gloomy in the morning. According to the weather bureau, the heat index has been 49°C yesterday. However, it feels hotter last week when the recorded heat index has been 45-48°C.
Ponds
