What's up everyone?I hope you are all doing great today.Its been a long time that I posted here some of my quick and easy recipe and a budgeted as well.Honestly I don't have something to share and that's my reason for my absences here but today I have a simple recipe to share and that's what I prepare for our dinner.

I need to prepare our dinner earlier than my usual time on preparing it coz I am using a firewood because of having a shortage of LPG.I don't have money for it honestly ,good thing we have our dirty kitchen for it and of course we are living at the countryside where we can pick some dried woods around us.

It's been a week since I am using a firewood and everyday I gathering some dried woods in our backyard.This is anyway our dirty kitchen looks like.

I need to cook early as 4:40 in the afternoon coz making fire for me takes more time.I remember when I was a kid everytime I cooked rice I cried when I am making a fire haha.

Anyway ,lets proceed for my vegetable recipe.

Ingredients

-Lady finger(okra)
-chayote
-meat
-spices like onion and garlic
-soysauce
-cooking oil
-water

Procedure

Wash the vegetables and cut it into a small pieces.For the ladyfinger or okra I cut it twice.
Slice all the spices including the meat.

In a hot pot ,saute all the spices,anyway what did you saute first ,the garlic or the onion?I usually put them together haha.

After that add the meat and wait for to turn brown.

When the meat is cooked ,add the vegetable then add soysauce and wait for it cook.

After a few minutes ,dinner is ready !

I cooked this food for about 25minutes.

And that's it for today,I need to prepare the table coz my husband will leave for work at 6:15 in the evening.
