There's a deep burning sensation
at the bottom of my soul,
And I try to just ignore it,
but it's screaming out for more!
It's the signing of an art piece;
it's the silhouette of love;
Drinking whiskey on a Saturday
for the fourth day in a row;
Something that I have been battling
with since I was a teen;
Sipping port wine, writing love poems,
and everything in between.
