I got up feeling better today and I immediately put it to the test. It took me a bit but I eventually got to the treadmill in the morning for a cardio workout with my 50 minute routine that has a good pace with a cooldown. The last 10 minutes were a bit of a struggle but I got it done.
This was encouraging as I head into the weekend with a little bit less on my checklist which should also help from a mental perspective. Finding balance is always difficult but we need to ensure we do not push the limits too often. Happy the weekend is upon us!
