Hola amigos de Home Solutions, hoy en nuestros domingos de Bye Bye desorden les voy hablar de una regla que me ha traído grandes beneficios, ya que puedo mantener el orden, la limpieza y también evitar el procrastinar. Es la regla de los dos minutos, ésta sencilla regla se basa en hacernos una pregunta y es: ¿Esta tarea puedo realizarla en dos minutos? Si la respuesta es Sí, debes levantarte y realizar la tarea de manera inmediata, con ello ahorras tiempo y evitarás que pequeñas tareas se acumulen y al final de la semana se conviertan en un desafío que probablemente termines dejándolo a la mitad.
Hello friends of Home Solutions, today in our Bye Bye Messy Sundays I am going to talk about a rule that has brought me great benefits, since I can maintain order, cleanliness and also avoid procrastination. It is the two-minute rule, this simple rule is based on asking ourselves a question and it is: Can I do this task in two minutes? If the answer is yes, you must get up and perform the task immediately, thus saving time and avoiding that small tasks accumulate and at the end of the week become a challenge that you will probably end up leaving it in the middle.

Ten un lugar para cada cosa y recoge estos objetos cuando no están en su lugar: llaves, ropa, juguetes o cualquier otro objeto que haya quedado fuera de su sitio.
Have a place for everything and pick up these items when they are not in their place: keys, clothes, toys or any other object that has been left out of place.
Al momento de lavar tu ropa, trata de recogerla y doblarla inmediatamente, recuerdo que antes de aplicar esta regla, mi ropa luego de lavarla pasaba días en la silla del cuarto hasta que tuviese el valor para doblarla y colocarla en el closet.
When you wash your clothes, try to pick them up and fold them immediately, I remember that before applying this rule, my clothes after washing them spent days on the chair in the room until I had the courage to fold them and put them in the closet.
Realiza una limpieza rápida si algo se derrama o hay alguna mancha en una mesa, mantel, suelos, en la cocina después de preparar la comida; límpialo de inmediato antes de que se acumule la suciedad o sea más difícil de remover. También, podemos aplicarla al momento de dejar algún plato o taza sucia en el lavaplatos, lavarlos y secarlos enseguida nos llevará un par de minutos y no se nos acumularan los platos sucios.
Do a quick cleaning if something is spilled or there is a stain on a table, tablecloth, floors, in the kitchen after preparing food; clean it immediately before the dirt accumulates or is more difficult to remove. Trata de hacer un mantenimiento a las cosas de tu hogar; si notas que un bombillo se quemó, un grifo está goteando, manilla de una puerta esta floja, la limpieza del filtro del aire acondicionado o hay algún otro problema menor en casa, en lugar de posponerlo, dedica un minuto a solucionarlo o hacer una nota para recordarlo más tarde, en caso de que arreglarlo lleve más tiempo.
If you notice that a light bulb is burned out, a faucet is leaking, a door handle is loose, the air conditioner filter needs cleaning or there is some other minor problem at home, instead of postponing it, take a minute to fix it or make a note to remember it later, in case it takes more time to fix it.
También puedes aplicarlo cuando tienes algunos pendientes del trabajo enviar correos , hacer llamadas, archivar y anotar pendientes usualmente estas actividades no te llevaran más de dos de minutos y podrás dedicarte a realizar las tareas que lleven más tiempo.
You can also apply it when you have some work to do, send emails, make calls, file and write down pending tasks, usually these activities will not take you more than two minutes and you will be able to dedicate yourself to the tasks that take more time.
La Regla de los dos Minutos, no sólo te ayuda a mantener tu casa más ordenada, sino que también te ayuda a evitar la acumulación de tareas pendientes y a reducir el estrés que esto conlleva.
The Two Minute Rule not only helps you to keep your house tidier, but also helps you to avoid the accumulation of pending tasks and reduce the stress that this entails.
