Siempre digo que hay que saber escuchar y que precisamente por ello, es que muchas veces podemos darnos cuenta de cosas que puedan servirnos, y es que, por ejemplo, seguramente todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas, hayamos querido probar o hacer algo y que mejor cosa para con otra persona que nosotros queramos que simplemente, poder darle la oportunidad de hacer realidad este tipo de anhelos.
Y pues, por ejemplo, dicen que los pequeños detalles hacen la diferencia, por lo que, si teniendo en cuenta lo que puede ser el anhelo de otra persona y verse hecho realidad, es algo que como dirían por ahí te hace ganar más “puntos”, que si simplemente “pasas” de ello, pues no todo llega a ser muchas veces cosas extremadamente costosas o simplemente imposibles de realizar, puesto que como siempre digo es cuestión de “darle la vuelta”.
Y un ejemplo de ello, es que recuerdo cuando empecé a salir con mi novia, yo como soy algo fan de la cocina, le pregunté que le gustaba, tanto en dulces como en salados, y cuál más o menos era su tendencia a las comidas por ejemplo más o menos dulces, saladas, agridulces o picantes, y luego del “sondeo”, me comentó algo que siempre quedo pendiente y es que me dijo “me encanta la tarta” y es que ella me decía que el relleno era lo de menos, pues, el mayor punto a favor, era la base de estas, por lo que había bastante “juego” con ello y mucho que se podía hacer.
Con el tiempo, fui investigando donde podría conseguir está por estos lares, pues en Venezuela no es tan común comerlas, y pues al no saber prepararla, quería conocer bien su sabor para posteriormente intentar hacerla, y darle su gusto, por lo que luego de investigar, probar y plantearme hacerla, pude (luego de un par de intentos) hacerla y la verdad que le gustó, aún más teniendo en cuenta que yo soy alguien que no le quedan muy bien los dulces, pues me gusta más cocinar salado.
Y para su sorpresa, quedo encantada de como yo que suelo ser algo olvidadizo, pude recordar aquel detalle que me comentó hace un par de años atrás, y que le encantó ver como aunque no era mi parte favorita de la cocina, pude hacerla, y bueno, quedando pendiente como siempre digo, un poco de mi creatividad para la cocina, pues le plantee el volver a hacer una tarta, pero que sea variada, pues que contenga por así decirlo dentro de la misma varios sabores, o varias porciones distintas en un mismo lugar.
Ciertamente, ahí veré como hago, pero sé que quizás, solo quizás puede ser algo que salga bien o un “desastre” bien particular, pero sabroso jajajaja la cosa es que como decía una persona que quiero mucho, la cocina es amor y creatividad, pues sin el primero no sabe igual, y sin el segundo tiende a ser muy aburrido el preparar las cosas.

And well, for example, they say that small details make the difference, so, if taking into account what may be the desire of another person and see it come true, is something that as they say out there makes you earn more "points", than if you just "pass" it, because not everything often becomes extremely expensive or simply impossible to perform, since as I always say is a matter of "turn it around".
And an example of this, is that I remember when I started dating my girlfriend, as I am a fan of the kitchen, I asked her what she liked, both sweet and savory, and what more or less was her tendency to food for example more or less sweet, salty, sweet and sour or spicy, and after the "survey", she told me something that was always pending and she said "I love pie" and she told me that the filling was the least important thing, because the biggest plus point was the base of these, so there was enough "game" with it and much that could be done.
Over time, I was investigating where I could get it in these parts, because in Venezuela it is not so common to eat them, and since I did not know how to prepare it, I wanted to know its flavor and then try to make it, and give her taste, so after researching, testing and considering making it, I could (after a couple of attempts) make it and the truth is that she liked it, even more considering that I am someone who does not like sweets very well, because I like to cook salty.
And to her surprise, she was delighted to see how I, who tend to be somewhat forgetful, was able to remember that detail that she told me a couple of years ago, and that she was delighted to see that although it was not my favorite part of the kitchen, I was able to make it, and well, as I always say, a little of my creativity for the kitchen was still pending, so I asked her to make a cake again, but a varied one, because it should contain several flavors, or several different portions in the same place.
Certainly, I will see how I do it, but I know that maybe, just maybe it can be something that turns out well or a very particular "disaster", but tasty hahahaha the thing is that as a person I love very much used to say, cooking is love and creativity, because without the first one it does not taste the same, and without the second one it tends to be very boring to prepare things.
