The spring flowers and blossom are very early this year. Must be due to the mild winter we have just had. Not to mention the record amounts of rain as well!
All good for the wildlife, but frustrating for us humans. 😑
I am secretly hoping that this long period of wet conditions will break soon, and we will enter a long dry spell for spring and early summer, too. But don't take this as advice! 😆
I have been very busy on my first day off work. Moving furniture, dismantling, and rebuilding beds. Including some minor repairs to the said beds. It's amazing how much damage can be done to a bed just by sleeping on it. Screws loose, wood split or broken. I wish I had a penny for all the beds I have repaired over the years! 💰
