Para todas las personas que somos formadores en el sistema educativo sabemos que en la etapa del preescolar no existe una área definida sobre la educación física y el deporte, sin embargo debemos de realizar actividades colectivas donde los niños desarrollen la motricidad gruesa a partir de juegos, bailes, deportes, competencias y mucho más, siempre he pensado que los niños les gusta pasar tiempo divertido junto a sus compañeros realizando actividades en los espacios exteriores, de esta manera organicé junto a mis colegas un día de educación física para para nuestros niños, comenzando por un calentamiento y estiramiento ejecutando movimiento corporales que permitan que los niños mantengan una buena posición, elasticidad, respiración antes de comenzar cualquier actividad deportiva.
For all of us who are trainers in the educational system we know that in the preschool stage there is no defined area on physical education and sports, however we must perform collective activities where children develop gross motor skills through games, dances, sports, competitions and much more, I have always thought that children like to spend fun time with their peers doing activities in the outdoors, so I organized with my colleagues a day of physical education for our children, starting with a warm up and stretching by performing body movements that allow children to maintain a good position, elasticity, breathing before starting any sporting activity.
Seguidamente quisimos realizar un trote en círculos que ayude a fortalecer sus piernas, aquí todos los niños están sumamente entusiasmados realizando el trote muchos reían y permitía que sus compañeros los pasaran en el recorrido, esta actividad permite que los niños tengan más interacción y socialización entre sí, luego comenzamos con un conversatorio sobre el béisbol como deporte, ya que la gran mayoría de los estudiantes son niños y siempre se interesan por jugar con la pelota y el bate.
