    It’s another sunny day from my end after few days of rain β˜”οΈ. And am sure Spring 🌿🌺is gradually settling in. So lets enjoy lots of salad πŸ₯— before the rains take over.

    And today I made a special kind of salad that is a combination of cucumber πŸ₯’ and carrot, adding garlic, red chili 🌢 powder, soy sauce , vegetable oil and some sesame seeds ( toasted) as dressing. Its a five (5) stars ⭐️ top notch Continental finishing you will love ❀️ to try. The fun is that its cut sliced in matchsticks shapes and attractive . Adorable for summer, plant based, vegetarian and gluten free.

    While going through the internet during rest time I came across this beauty that is so amazing, refreshing, appetizing and full of good health. Its all nourishment and that is why I bring it here to share with you lovely vegan family. The plant base combination is so irresistible.     This # Cucumber πŸ₯’ # Carrot # Salad πŸ₯— is such a delicious way to combine veggies in a quick instance with out time wasting. Its so crisp and crunchy in texture , full of flavors from all the other added ingredients and finally the sesame dressing.. A perfect refreshing lunch when enjoyed alone or an easy veggies πŸ₯— for side to enjoyable dinner 🍲.

    Here I will show you the ingredients and steps for achieving the crunchy beauty.

    INGREDIENTS: (# 1 Serving)

    1 medium size Cucumber
    11/2 Large Carrots
    2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of chili 🌢 powder
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 tablespoons of soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
    Water Care ( Sterilizer )

    STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

    Step 1.

    To commence the preparation of this crunchy salad πŸ₯—, I will start by first toasting the sesame seeds. By glazing the pan with drops of oil, then will spread the sesame seeds adding pinch of salt to it and inculcating with finger tips

    Step 2.

    I will take it into the oven to toast it for just 3 minutes at 180 Celsius.

    As it appears golden in color.

    I will proceed to clean, wash and disinfect the vegetable. Leaving it to dry a bit

    The carrot I will slash cut, then cut in tiny straight line to obtain a matchstick shape..

    Step 5.

    The cucumber πŸ₯’ I will also cut in the same matchstick shape.

    Step 6.

    Clean and tinily slice the garlic πŸ§„

    Step 7

    And will move to combine the ingredients from this stage with the veggies ready.

    I will combine the soy sauce, veg oil, the red chili 🌢 powder, pinch of salt and garlic to heat it up in the oven.

    Step 9.

    To mix the crunchy salad πŸ₯—, I will add the cucumber and carrot together, add the soy mixture and incorporate all together by mixing thoroughly.

    And will bring to serve and dress the salad πŸ₯— with the toasted sesame crunch seeds, giving it a look of healthy appetizer.
