Purples

I decided to one last post in my color themed posts and wanted to do purple

Now as you will see as you go through the post I did not find that many shots that I felt were purplish in color so I got creative with some

Now as i like to joke when my wife or others talk about colors like turquoise, magenta etc etc, I am a mere male and I only classify colors in line with term ROYGBIV which is a way to remember the colors of the rainbow

ROYGBIV is a mnemonic device, a way to remember the order of colors in a rainbow: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet

and so I should have perhaps gone with Indigo and Violet, but I always get confused as to what exactly is indigo and I do love the color purple as well as blues so went for that

now I found online

Indigo is a specific color, a deep blue-violet hue, while "purple" is a broader term encompassing a range of colors between blue and red, including indigo

So I guess maybe one of these shots is actually indigo :)

I do not remember what these flowers are called but I think there a lovely color and pretty cool

Now i guess strictly speaking goign witht he colors of the rainbow these are more likely Violet in color but close enough for me

NOw is when I started to get creative a bit of selective color and then changing the huse of the color of the car to what to me is purply shade

I'm sure you can guess what color the car actually was

Now I have never seen a tree this color, it was more ornagy but again I let my creative editing flow

and a last one, i took the name of the boat off as I wouldnt want to shock the owner if he saw this :)
