This will take place at the WrestleMania 40 second night main event, and Cody Rhodes is stepping back into the ring with Roman Reigns🥳. In an instant, WWE raised the stakes through one simple move.

The question hanging in the air was who on earth would be challenging Roman reigns for the undisputed title at wrestlemania 40?
What crossed my mind many times was where can I draw some links from that Las Vegas press conference?🤔
And do you know what came to my mind repeatedly?
None other than Mike Tyson versus Stone Cold Steve Austin in ’98.
It’s all about excitement folks but now we have The Rock and Cody Rhodes in a ring. What else could be more exciting than having these two heroes fight against each other?
But this is the part where it becomes really interesting: WWE had a full blown Tyson moment, and instead of just putting The Rock and Roman in the ring together, give Cody Rhodes his chance at some shine and have him go up against a mainstream star like they did back in '98.
And let me tell you right now, that match? It will change everything, the future face of wrestling might be determined at that time.
The Rock crossed over into real life with his little wake-up slap to Cody like when Will Smith made headlines for all the wrong reasons at the Oscars by giving Chris Rock a gentle tap on his face. Then Seth Rollins joined in as World Champion, well…let’s just say that there were more fireworks than you’d get from a steel cage match.

For me, I am absolutely thrilled for Cody to get his opportunity and I can’t wait to see what surprises The Rock has planned for WrestleMania.
Will he stick with his heel persona as he walks down the ramp with Roman? What if perhaps, he decides to put on his boots for an impromptu match?
